Returns + Exchanges

  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30-days from the date of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in original new condition, unworn and unwashed with original tags attached.
  • Any shipping fees paid when buying the merchandise are non-refundable. 
  • We provide a pre-paid return shipping label that covers the cost of shipping the merchandise back to us from the shipping address on file and in the original packaging you received it in. If your return is sent back from a different location and/or sent back in a bigger package, then you will be responsible for the difference in shipping costs.

 Refunds 

  • After we receive and inspect the merchandise you are returning a refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. 
  • If merchandise is not in original new condition, unwashed, unworn, with original tags then we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the merchandise back to you or charge a handling and restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.
  • It can take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

Exchanges 

Exchanges will be processed upon the receipt of the returned item. The newly requested item will be sent out and you will receive a tracking notification for the newly requested item. 

Damaged + Defective Product (DO NOT USE THE RETURN PORTAL)

  • Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at returns@purebombgolf.com immediately if the merchandise is defective or damaged.
  • Do not use the return portal to return damaged or defective product.
  • Damaged or Defective merchandise are processed in a different manner and we want to rectify the situation immediately and ensure a prompt replacement.

Price Adjustments

  • In the event an item goes on sale within 7 days of your purchase date you can contact support@purebombgolf.com and provide your order details and we will make an adjustment and issue a refund for the difference. After 7 days no adjustment or refund will be given. Excluded from any adjustment are closeout or discontinued merchandise.
